smooth transition to your new premises.
Coburn's can provide you with a quote to pack everything or just specific areas. We can also supply the proper materials and guidance if you elect to have your employees do the packing.
Coburn’s will assign an Office Move Coordinator who will introduce our colour coding and labelling system which will ensure the correct placement of all items at your new location. Coburn’s crews can do the disconnections and we can also provide installation service for your systems furniture if required.

How much will our relocation cost? How do we keep costs within our budget?
Your Coburn Office Moving Consultant will study your relocation requirements including volumes, access, dates, and required services and will present you with a detailed Estimate of Cost. Coburn’s will work with you to provide the most cost-efficient move, without compromising service.
Do we need to pack the contents of our desks?
Yes. Desks are typically moved on their end to allow for easy movement through doorways and access
points.
Will the movers disassemble and reassemble office system furniture?
Yes. We have trained personnel for this service. Our Office Project Manager will advise direction regarding timing and procedures to facilitate this aspect of your office relocation.
Do you require our staff to be present at time of the relocation?
Moving day is very hectic and stressful therefore we recommend that you appoint a single coordinator from your company for both origin and destination locations.
How do we make sure the items we are moving get placed in the proper location at
our new location?
You are responsible for labelling all items for correct placement with adhesive labels that Coburn’s will supply. The markings should include at minimum:
- Staff name
- Office and/or room number
- Floor number
